PREORDER FAQ

• What is a preorder? - A preorder is an order that is sold before the item is available. It's also a good way to see how many people want them to gauge how many to order!

• When will I get my preorder? - This item will take a few weeks to manufacture and get to me! The estimated time on each preorder does not include sorting, packing, and shipping time. Please expect to wait 3-4 weeks to receive your items.

• Does my preorder ship with my non-preorder items? - Yes. All orders containing a preorder item will be held until it can be completed fully. If you want non-preorder items earlier, please place separate orders.

• Are the images accurate to what I’ll get? - The digital product mock ups are design to be as close to the manufactured item as possible. Please allow for a 15% shift in color.

• What is the cancellation policy for preorders? - Unfortunately, I won't be able to offer cancellations of preorders, so please be sure of this commitment before making it! If you're unsure if you can wait three weeks, you also have the option to purchase it again when the actual products have arrived.
