Guidelines:

This is NOT a physical product, not a commission for a custom design. This IS permission to use one of my existing designs. This grants personal-use, non-exclusive permission to use ONE of my designs for ONE cross stitch, nothing else. You are free to buy multiple tickets for multiple designs.

I retain all original rights to the work. Please avoid making changes to my design, outside what is necessary for the art and technicality of cross stitching. Please avoid using commissioned work, as the rights to those characters most likely someone else’s and I cannot grant you permission for that. It’s safe to assume any art being sold in my shop is not commissioned. If you are not sure about something you see on social media, you are welcome to ask. 

Nothing physical will be sent to you for this purchase; your order receipt will act as your proof of purchase and permission. All ticket sales are final, as I can not accept returns or cancellations. This ticket does not give you permission to use my design in any other way or for any business purposes. Please do not sell your finished piece using my artwork. For all other purposes and inquiries, please send me a message.

Please tag/credit me in any photos as @SleepyHeadKL or Kelly Latham when possible. “Credit to Artist” is not appropriate.

Anyways, now that all that is out of the way I just wanted to say thank you again for the support. I would love to see the cross stitch when you’re done, so if you want to send me photos, or tag me @SleepyHeadKL on social media, I would be over the moon.
